Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "maen55", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at maen55.cam and its affiliated services.
• "User", "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses maen55 services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access maen55 services.
• "Services" includes all gaming products offered by maen55, including but not limited to sports betting (pre-match and live), casino games (slots, live dealer, table games), lottery games (togel), and any other gambling activities available on the platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the User to their maen55 Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's maen55 Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" includes any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by maen55 to Users.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a gaming outcome using Account funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required for Account activation and withdrawals.

To use maen55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this age restriction in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Users who register with false age information will have their Accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling, you must not use maen55 services.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing maen55. Our services are not intended for users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one Account with maen55. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly forbidden. Users found operating multiple Accounts will have all Accounts suspended and winnings voided.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal entertainment use only. You may not use maen55 services on behalf of any third party, for commercial purposes, or in any professional or systematic manner.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee of maen55, a family member of a maen55 employee, a gaming regulator, or any person directly connected to the operation or oversight of our platform.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension until verification is complete. During this suspension, deposits and gameplay will be disabled, though you may still contact customer support.

3.1 Registration Process
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID / KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
We require all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You must submit clear, legible copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian national ID / KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your ID. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of registration may be suspended.

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with anyone or allow any third party to access your Account. maen55 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately to freeze the Account while we investigate.

3.5 Information Updates
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details (email, phone, address) change, update them in your Account settings or contact customer support. maen55 is not liable for any communication failures caused by outdated contact information.

4.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using one of our supported payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, or Bank Permata, or via e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed 24/7 once your Account is fully verified. Standard processing time is 1-6 hours for most Users. VIP tier members receive faster processing (as fast as 15 minutes for Diamond and Black Diamond tiers). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your maen55 Account. We do not charge fees for IDR withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits
Standard daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier status. If you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding your limit, contact our VIP support team to request a temporary limit increase, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
maen55 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of your funds before processing large deposits or withdrawals. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts found to be engaged in money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be permanently closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

4.5 Wagering Requirements for Deposits
To prevent fraudulent activity, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies even if you do not claim any bonus. Attempts to withdraw without meeting this requirement will be denied.

5.1 Bonus Terms
maen55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called playthrough or turnover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse
maen55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses if we determine that a User has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion. Examples of bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, exploiting software errors or loopholes, collusion with other players, or any other behavior that violates the spirit of fair play.

5.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus
While playing with an active bonus, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 25,000 per spin or bet until the wagering requirement is fully met. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.5 Restricted Games
Some games are excluded from bonus play or contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Check the specific bonus terms before playing. Winnings from restricted games while a bonus is active may be voided.

6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by maen55. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount on any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on your Account history, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified by you except where explicitly permitted (such as cash-out features on certain sports bets).

6.2 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing sports body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. For live (in-play) betting, if you place a bet after the outcome is already known (for example, a goal has been scored but not yet reflected on our live feed), that bet is void. We employ systems to detect and prevent late betting, but you are responsible for ensuring you do not exploit any delay in our live data.

6.3 Casino Game Rules
All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games) operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or real-time video streaming from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider and are final. If you disconnect during a game round, the round will continue to its conclusion and the result will be recorded in your Account history. Winnings from completed rounds during disconnection will be credited to your Account balance.

6.4 Togel (Lottery) Rules
All togel draws are based on official results from the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Results are final once officially published. If a draw is canceled or delayed by the operator, all bets for that draw will be voided and stakes returned. You are responsible for verifying draw times and results in your Account history.

6.5 Game Malfunction
In the rare event of a game malfunction, system error, or software bug, all affected bets and game rounds may be voided. maen55 will make reasonable efforts to correct errors in your favor, but we are not liable for technical malfunctions beyond our control.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using maen55 services if you are under 21 years of age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent payment instruments, or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of player-to-player cheating.
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets or manipulate games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or fraudulent promotion exploitation.
• Using maen55 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to compromise maen55 systems or security.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or defaming maen55 staff or other Users.

8.1 Service Availability
maen55 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from website downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance of planned maintenance.

8.2 Third-Party Services
maen55 integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or malfunctions originating from these third-party services. While we partner with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of their systems.

8.3 Maximum Liability
In no event shall maen55's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

8.4 Gambling Risk
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. maen55 provides entertainment services, not investment opportunities. You are responsible for managing your bankroll and playing within your means. We are not liable for any gambling losses you incur while using our services.

9.1 Termination by User

9.2 Termination by maen55
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or if your Account activity raises compliance concerns. Upon closure, we will return any remaining balance to you (minus any disputed amounts or bonus funds) via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.

9.3 Dormant Accounts
If your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. We may charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant Accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. To avoid dormancy fees, log in and place at least one wager every 12 months.

10.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of maen55 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.

10.2 Amendment of Terms
maen55 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or in-Account notification. Your continued use of maen55 services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and maen55 regarding your use of our services. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
